1. BOOKINGS & CONFIRMATION
All bookings must be made in writing (WhatsApp, email, or website).
A deposit of 30–50% is required to confirm any booking.
Full payment must be completed before the tour begins unless agreed otherwise.
Bookings are only confirmed once payment is received.
2. PAYMENTS
Payments are accepted via M-Pesa, bank transfer, or cash (where applicable).
Prices are quoted in Kenya Shillings (KES) or USD.
Any transaction or bank charges are the responsibility of the client.
3. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
7 days or more before travel: Refund minus administrative fees.
3–6 days before travel: 50% refund.
Less than 48 hours before travel: No refund.
No-show: No refund.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 working days.
4. CHANGES TO ITINERARY
Jagafrique Africa Safaris reserves the right to modify itineraries, accommodation, or activities due to operational or safety reasons.
Clients will be informed of any significant changes where possible.
5. TRAVEL INSURANCE
Clients are strongly advised to obtain travel insurance covering medical emergencies, accidents, trip cancellation, and loss of personal items.
The company shall not be liable for uninsured losses.
6. HEALTH & SAFETY
Clients must disclose any medical conditions prior to travel.
Participation in activities is at the client’s own risk.
The company is not responsible for injury, illness, or death caused by wildlife, natural conditions, or third-party providers.
7. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
Jagafrique Africa Safaris acts only as an agent for transport providers, accommodation, and tour operators.
The company is not liable for delays, cancellations, loss of property, or accidents beyond its control.
8. CLIENT CONDUCT
Clients must respect local laws, culture, wildlife, and staff.
The company reserves the right to terminate a tour without refund if a client behaves inappropriately or dangerously.
9. PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA
Photos or videos taken during tours may be used for marketing purposes unless the client objects in writing.
10. CHILDREN POLICY
Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Some activities may have age restrictions for safety reasons.
11. FORCE MAJEURE
The company shall not be liable for failure to perform due to events beyond its control including natural disasters, government actions, or emergencies.
12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the Laws of Kenya.
13. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By booking with Jagafrique Africa Safaris, the client agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
